Meet Ghadi, a dyslexic boy who was 15 kg overweight when he was young. Growing up, Ghadi struggled with reading and writing, and he often felt self-conscious about his weight. But one day, he discovered his love for jump rope and playing the drums it completely transformed his life.

Jumping rope was not only a fun activity for Ghadi, but it also helped him shed the extra weight and improve his health. He practiced tirelessly, perfecting his skills and mastering new tricks. With each jump, Ghadi felt more confident and empowered.

After 8 years of hard work and dedication, Jumpman Ghadi began to share his passion with others and started helping people become their best selves through jump rope fitness. He combined his knowledge of jump rope with music and design to create an innovative program that makes exercising fun and effective.

Today, Ghadi is a renowned jump rope coach who has helped countless individuals lose weight, gain confidence, and live healthier lives. His unique approach has allowed him to develop a framework that takes anyone, regardless of their experience, to master the art of jump rope and transform their mind and body.
